IT Partner Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly analyze your current tenant and security configurations.
- Implement core configurations for your Microsoft 365 tenant, including basic admin protections, logging and analytics setup, and basic identity protection.
- Validate and enhance security score, aiming for 75% coverage.
- Implement Threat Protection by integrating M365 with MS Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Configure Azure Active Directory Identity Protection.
- Set up Teams with a comprehensive three-tiered protection plan covering sharing, classification, data loss prevention, and Azure Information Protection.
- Conduct routine checkups of dashboards and reports in the Microsoft 365 Defender portal and Defender for Cloud Apps.
- Configure Privileged Access Workstations (PAWs) for administrative activities.
- Implement Entra ID Privileged Identity Management.
- Configure a robust security information and event management (SIEM) tool to gather logging data from Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, and other services.
- Enforce multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users.
- Deploy a series of conditional access policies to enhance security.
Client Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and staff schedules effectively.
- Appoint a dedicated point of contact for seamless collaboration with IT Partner.
- Manage coordination with any external vendor resources.
- Undertake necessary DNS changes, both internal and external, as required.
- Configuration of all network equipment, such as load balancers, routers, firewalls, and switches.
- Timely review and approval of engagement deliverables.
- Collaborate in identifying high-risk users.
- Offer end-user support as needed.
Additional Cost Items:
- Additional licensing requirements.
- Provision of customer team training.
- Migration of corporate documents to SharePoint Online.
- Configuration of desktop software settings.
- Provision of Information Security Advisory services.
Upon project conclusion we will furnish a comprehensive project closeout report detailing the final project status, including a matching of acceptance criteria, any outstanding issues, and the final budget. Should you require more extensive documentation, this can be provided at an additional fee.

Project Plan:

- Commencement of security configuration steps.
- Verify and validate security settings and scores.
- Issue final communication regarding project completion.

Success Criteria:
- Attainment of a security score of at least 75%.
- Validation of Threat protection settings.
- Confirmation of validated Identity and access management settings.
- Functional deployment of Exchange Online Protection.
- Successful configuration of Teams protection measures.
