Responsibilities:
- O365HQ: Conducting thorough analysis of current mail systems, preparing Exchange Online, transferring mailbox data, and delivering comprehensive support.
- Client: Orchestrating resource coordination, configuring network equipment, facilitating DNS changes, and promptly approving deliverables.
- We offer additional services such as training and document migration at an additional cost.
Prerequisites:
- A Microsoft 365 tenant with Exchange Online licenses.
- Administrative access to the email domain DNS zone.
- Access to the source IMAP system with either admin access or access to individual user mailboxes.
- Our migration plan encompasses a kick-off meeting, analysis phase, user creation, email migration, and meticulous verification stages.
Success Criteria:
- Seamless user access to Exchange Online across multiple devices.
