IT Partner Responsibilities:

• Facilitate tenant creation and domain verification to kickstart your Microsoft 365 journey.
• Set up user accounts and configure primary (reply-to) addresses for seamless communication.
• Implement email forwarding at your current provider and conduct thorough testing to ensure smooth mail flow.

Provide comprehensive reviews of Microsoft 365 features and its Return on Investment (ROI) compared to existing software solutions.

Client Responsibilities:

• Compile an Excel spreadsheet containing user data crucial for mailbox inclusion in the pilot.
• Designate a dedicated point of contact to liaise with our team and coordinate any external resources.
• Configure networking equipment for optimal Microsoft 365 integration.
• Grant access to necessary physical and virtual servers/systems and facilitate required remote or physical access to facilities.
• Undertake DNS changes, both internal and external, as necessary for Microsoft 365 integration.
• Assist in identifying high-risk users such as top executives and VIPs, as well as users with large mailboxes or deleted folders.

Beyond the Scope of This Project:

Fully functional demo tenant setup, including PSTN and conferencing capabilities, SharePoint/OneDrive setup, Skype for Business configuration, and Active Directory Federation Services setup.

Prerequisites:

• Email forwarding support from your current email provider.
• Management of Microsoft 365-related DNS records through your DNS hosting provider.
