To ensure a smooth transition, we will update Outlook profiles on all desktop workstations using the desktop version of Outlook. We'll also inform users regarding any upcoming changes and provide necessary details.
Additional services include:
- Informing users about changes.
- Optional customer team training.
- Moving corporate documents to SharePoint Online (if required).
- Adjusting desktop software settings as and when required.
- Upon project completion, we provide a detailed report outlining the project status and any remaining issues. If more documentation is needed, it can be provided at an additional fee.
Prerequisites:
- Global admin access to both the source and destination Microsoft 365 tenants.
- Access to the email domain DNS zone.
Our plan includes:
- A kick-off meeting to start the process.
- Checking the source system's health before migration.
- Creating users or configuring the AD Connect tool.
- Initiating email migration.
- Verifying the success of email migration.
- Updating the MX record to point to the new Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Finalizing the email migration process.
- Addressing any remaining tasks after migration.
