IT Partner responsibilities

• Verify current domain configuration: IT Partner will check the current setup of your domain, ensuring everything is correctly configured.
• Verify current workstation configuration: They will also review the setup of individual workstations to ensure they are properly configured.
• Provide informational messages for users: IT Partner will communicate with users, providing them with necessary information regarding the upcoming changes.
• Prepare the domain for OneDrive for Business: They will make the necessary adjustments to your domain to ensure compatibility with OneDrive for Business.
• Configure redirection of work folders (Desktop, My Documents, Pictures, and others) in OneDrive: IT Partner will set up redirection of specific folders (such as Desktop, My Documents, Pictures) to OneDrive, ensuring seamless integration.

Client responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and staff schedules.
• Appoint a dedicated point of contact for collaboration with the IT Partner.
• Coordinate external vendor resources and schedules.
• Identify high-risk users, such as top executives.
• Review OneDrive restrictions for file naming, size, and type.
• Check compatibility of legacy applications with folder redirection.
• Assess Documents folder contents for high-frequency update items.
• Ensure proper configuration of network equipment.
• Commit to timely review and approval of engagement deliverables.

The service price does not cover:

• Customer team training sessions.
• Email migration assistance.
• Consulting support.

Once the project concludes, we'll supply a detailed project closeout report. This report will outline the final project status, confirming adherence to the acceptance criteria, highlighting any remaining issues, and summarizing the final budget. Should you need further documentation, we can provide it for an additional charge.
