IT Partner Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to ascertain authentication process requirements, ensuring a tailored solution.
• Carefully select and implement the most suitable authentication solution.
• Configure user profiles and devices within Microsoft Intune, optimizing settings for maximum efficiency.
• Develop and implement robust authentication policies in Microsoft Intune.
• Provide comprehensive self-setup instructions, ensuring seamless user interaction with authentication devices.
• Offer dedicated break-fix support for a period of two weeks post-implementation, ensuring smooth operation.

Client Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate changes to users, facilitating a smooth transition to the new authentication system.
• Grant necessary access to Azure management, enabling seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide remote workstation access if required, ensuring efficient setup and configuration.
• Oversee final device configuration, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.

Additional Cost Items Not Included:

• Initial setup of Microsoft Intune, if not already configured, to be arranged separately.
• Procurement of required licenses for implementation.
• Any user training required beyond the scope of the project.
• Configuration of Entra ID for On-Premises AD environments, if applicable.

Prerequisites:

• Active Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS) subscription.
• Azure Active Directory or Hybrid setup for seamless integration.
• Enrolment of all devices into Microsoft Intune for centralized management.
