Windows Virtual Desktop Implementation

IT Partner Responsibilities:

We ensure prerequisites are met and configure essential Azure services for WVD. Our tasks include creating virtual machines in the Host Pool, and guiding users on connecting to WVD. We provide expert technical consultation on WVD-related issues.

Client Responsibilities:

Clients coordinate resources, provide administrative access, and notify users about new services. They review and approve project deliverables promptly.

Additional Services Not Provided:

Data migration to Azure, installation of user programs (excluding office suite), and workstation configuration are not included.

Upon Project Completion:

We deliver a comprehensive project closeout report detailing the final status, any outstanding issues, and the budget. Extended documentation is available upon request for an additional fee.

Prerequisites:

Clients must have administrative access to their company tenant, and users must possess specific Microsoft 365 or Windows 10 licenses.

Project Plan:

The plan, tailored to client needs, may include data collection, Azure subscription creation, WVD configuration, and issue resolution.

Success Criteria:

Successful WVD configuration meeting client requirements and users' ability to connect seamlessly.
