- Implement one-click time and location tracking, seamlessly logging data into Excel tables for effortless analysis.
- Introduce real-time notifications for new sales leads generated through Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, ensuring swift follow-up action.
- Configure alerts for negative social media mentions on platforms such as Twitter and Facebook, preserving your brand reputation.
- Simplify user creation and approval processes, streamlining operations, and improving efficiency.
Client:
- Coordinate resources and schedules efficiently to support the implementation process.
- Designate a dedicated point of contact for seamless collaboration with our team.
- Provide necessary access and rights for implementation, ensuring smooth integration and deployment.
- Manage external vendor resources and timelines effectively, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Promptly review and approve deliverables to keep the project on track.
- Oversee and approve change management tickets within the client environment, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Prerequisites:
- Access to an appropriate Microsoft 365 subscription or readiness to obtain one.
Plan:
- Kick-off meeting to align objectives and expectations.
- Preparation of a comprehensive statement of work and development plan.
- Careful monitoring and control of the development process to ensure successful implementation.
- Thorough testing and verification to validate functionality and identify any issues.
