- Facilitate user communication and awareness through email notifications.
- Execute staged client updates to ensure minimal disruption.
- Provide prompt break-fix support for administrators throughout the migration process.
Client Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and schedules to support the migration initiative.
- Appoint a dedicated point of contact to liaise with IT Partner.
- Coordinate any external vendor resources and schedules where necessary.
- Grant administrative access to Microsoft 365 for seamless integration.
- Configure network equipment to optimize performance and connectivity.
- Review and approve all deliverables in a timely manner.
- Extend end-user support and assistance as required.
While the core migration service covers essential aspects, certain additional costs may arise, such as:
- Removal of Skype for Business from mobile devices.
- Provision of user training sessions for effective utilization of Teams.
- Execution of operating system updates to ensure compatibility.
- Integration and configuration of Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services.
- Development of a comprehensive Rollout Communication Plan to guide the transition process effectively.
Upon successful completion of the migration project, a detailed project closeout report will be provided offering insights into the project status, adherence to acceptance criteria, identification of any outstanding issues, and a finalized budget breakdown.

- Existing usage of Skype for Business within the organization.
- Compatibility with supported operating systems for Windows, MacOS, and mobile devices.
The migration plan encompasses multiple stages, including:
