For organizations running Windows 7, Windows 8, or Windows 8.1 on their PCs and seeking a seamless transition to Windows 10 without user disruption, our service offers automated remote upgrades during non-working hours. This ensures that all compatible applications and user files are preserved throughout the process.

- Conduct compatibility analysis of existing computers for Windows 10.
- Prepare the environment for automated upgrades, including OS configuration, SCCM setup, AD configuration, and agent installation on all PCs.
- Execute in-place upgrades to Windows 10, maintaining all files and compatible applications.
- Resolve any issues encountered during the upgrade process, or in case of failure.
- Coordinate resources and staff schedules.
- Appoint a dedicated point of contact to liaise with IT Partner.
- Grant access to Active Directory services.
- Provide a server (physical or virtual) for System Centre Configuration Manager installation.
- Coordinate with external vendors if necessary.
- Configure network equipment.
- Review and approve deliverables in a timely manner.
- Swiftly address hardware issues.
- Be prepared to provide onsite assistance, if required.
- Support for workstations with operating systems other than Windows 7 or Windows 8.
- Firmware installation or BIOS configuration.
- Training for end-user teams.
- Any items not explicitly outlined in the project scope.
- Windows 10 compatible computers and licenses (available for purchase through IT Partner).
- All computers must be domain joined.
- A server (physical or virtual) with a minimum of 16 GB memory, 250 GB free disk space, and a 4-core CPU.
- Kick-off meeting.
