Yes. The platform can be deployed for Business Premium organizations as an Azure add-on. The connector scope differs from an E5 environment: Business Premium includes Defender for Endpoint Plan 1 and Defender for Office 365 Plan 1, which provide useful signal but lack the full EDR telemetry available in Plan 2. IT Partner assesses available connectors and scopes the engagement accordingly during the initial call.
